   I fell off a cliff 15 months ago and suffered several broken bones, among them 2 fractured vertebrae and a broken/dislocated right shoulder. The bones and joints have healed well at this point but I still experience severe myofascial pain and have muscles seize and stay clenched for weeks at a time. Maintaining proper posture has been literally impossible for me for a long time, as my muscles lock up and will not allow my spine to stack up the way it should. This is worsened by the fact I still don't feel a lot of the muscles in my torso (those that atrophied away while I was locked up in a back brace for months). This device makes it a lot easier for me to evaluate how my posture is in real time and stand up just as straight as is possible for me at that time. Been using it under a week and already I'm feeling a lot better, each day is a little better than the last. I have found it to be very comfortable as well, they recommend starting by using it 15 minutes at a time due to the potential for it to irritate your underarms (if you're wearing it under the shirt). I used it 2 hours my first time and got in two 4 hour sessions the next day and experienced no discomfort. Have already recommended to friends.

   I love this! It feels like wearing a backpack without the bag. I have 5 ribs that chronically dislocate and a recent shoulder dislocation that is healing and it helps so much! I am a G-cup and it perks those babies up too! Great support, gives me immediate pain relief and I wear it for daytime activity (never to bed!) holding baby and working.    I am an active older woman (69), and while I learn about and work on correct alignment and posture in several weekly classes that I take (my Iyengar yoga, kendo, foam roller, hula, belly dance, jazz dance classes all require some aspect of good posture and/or spinal alignment), fact is I spend hours hunched over my laptop, or looking at my iphone. Over the years I have developed that awful "widow's hump"....and I know it isn't just an old person's back because I have seen it in much younger people who work on computers all day (both men and women). So I got this harness. The instructions and fit are simple to understand, will fit everyone, and I started wearing it the recommended 15-20 min a day while sitting at my laptop. Yesterday I wore it for 90 minutes while practicing dance routines. What this harness does is give you practice in holding a good posture for you neck and upper back/shoulders, such that you can train yourself to sit/stand properly naturally, the way you used to be when younger and before all the screen time in our lives. Frankly, I was also elated when I opened the package to see an American flag and the word TRUWEO (the company..?) on the patch in the back. I looked at several other products but decided on this one as it is made in the USA, and it did not disappoint! Great quality, ingenious design, easy to use. If I were a gym rat I would wear it in the gym while working out. It is not bulky so I likely could wear it under a tshirt in dance class or kendo but have not tried yet. (disclosure: I rarely write product reviews cause I'm lazy, so a product has to be really fantastically good or a horrible scam/rip off to motivate me. This review was a pleasure to compose.)

   When doubts haunt me, when disappointments stare me in the face and I see not one ray of hope upon the horizon, I turn to the posture corrector. Before my grundle was a sacrament to rotting humanity. It did wonders to sculpt my grundle region. Before I was trapped in a loveless marriage and my step children had grown to resent me.
