I bought Crossnet for our Spring Break 2020 not realizing that we were about to head into uncharted territory with a global pandemic. Our trip was cancelled but FUN was not, as we were still able to give our kids this surprise. Came with Everything you need, Right out of the box: ball, pump, easy set up, and a back pack to carry it anywhere, which we will do as soon as Shelter in Place orders end. Thanks Crossnet for getting everyone in our house outside and smiling again!

Every time we set up CROSSNET we end up playing for hours. Strangers become friends as onlookers come up to us and ask us what we are playing. So much for all ages and the net being height adjustable is an awesome feature. Easy to travel with, the perfect game for both the park or the beach!

The adjustable net height is a fantastic feature. Whether we are playing "ultra-competitive," or "volley as many times as we can" when the littles are involved, the Crossnet has proven to be fun for the entire family. We ordered our Crossnet just days before our governor issued the Covid-19 mandatory stay-at-home order, and we are grateful that we received the Crossnet within a week of placing our order. Lots of family fun during our time in quarantine thanks to Crossnet.

If you love volleyball, regardless of your skill level, this is an excellent purchase that I highly recommend. I was on the fence a little bit with the price, but I know it was well-worth it since I will be using it often for family reunions and game nights with friends as long as the weather allows it! The doubles bundle is a great addition allowing for larger groups of people to play, and with the quick and easy set up and take down, and convenient carrying bag, I can bring it pretty much anywhere. I have also been very impressed with the support and customer service representatives I dealt with - having part of my set stolen before I could use it, they really worked with me to get what I needed back!

The game is super easy to set up, and has provided many hours of enjoyment for our family and friends. The adjustable height makes it a game everyone can play, and the backpack portability makes it super easy to pack up and travel from home, to camping, to the beach!

The game is really fun. We play traditional 4 square, a knockout systems based mistakes and a scoring game based on who eliminates someone. All 3 games are a lot of fun and you can even make more if you get creative.
The out-of-bounds lines are pretty small but if you think they are too small then simply don't put them up and instead draw a line in the sand with your foot for some more room in each square.
My biggest issue with the game is the difficulty in setting it up. You NEED at least two people to set it up. Trying to set it up by yourself is a major major pain but if you have 2 or 3 people it is no problem.
Packing up is also pretty easy but there are a lot of pieces.
I think Crossnet could improve the product greatly if they made the polls slide into the next one rather than coming apart completely. This way only 4 polls go into the bag rather than 12 small pieces. Then the next time you set it up you simply have to expand the poll instead of piecing all 4 together. The middle of net also tends to sag a little. If you pull the net tight it obviously pulls up but its tough to keep the net that tight on sand. In dirt its no problem but a centerpiece leg/stand may also be a great improvement.
We get stopped all the time on the beach with people asking us what were playing and many others stand and watch for a few minutes. Its a great product and if you ever get tired of crossnet you can fold the net and play 2 vs 2 on a small regular volleyball net as well.
In conclusion: The game is fun, the product is solid but could be improved with a few small changes.

Bought the Crossnet for our family and friends to play, it is so much fun. Great to bring out at parties and gatherings with the family. I know it’s like four square but I think the lines the needs to be adjusted to make the out of bounds a little further, not too much court to work with. Maybe instead of squares you could have diamond shape boundaries, or even have adjustable lines? Adjustable Lines that you can attach to the poles poles and have a peak in the center, like a Diamond?
If you only have three people you can put two of the poles together to make three pods, too bad can’t have boundary line that can adjust too.
We actually connected the 2 sets of poles together to make one net and played baby court, played one on One, doubles, and triples and it was so much fun, but we had to add on line for the boundaries, would be great if the lines were adjustable. Also if the loop for the poles Where you connect the strings to hold up the poles were bigger, so you can put on straps with crank to hold the poles up, it would easier to tighten.
All in all it is a great and fun game to play, our family enjoyed it immensely, but if you could add on these suggestions it would be even better. Allow you to play four square, three pods, or one net. This game is awesome, highly recommend for outdoor fun.

as i bought this for a birthday gift for my grandaughter i have not opened it yet. i cant wait for her to open her gift and see her face (birthday is in august) . i know that she is going to have so much fun with this. and as a teaching tool to better her skills for the game she loves. she is just beginning her volleyball journey as a fourth grader and with a tool like this she will have better passing and tipping , jumping and overall round motor skills , all while having FUN, playing this four square game. i know her and her siblings (5) will have endless time in the backyard. i have also reccommend this product to our highschool volleyball coach, as a fun way to entice players of all ages to join in during her OPEN GYM, VOLLEYBALL SEASON, and OFF SEASON. she messaged me with "i love that idea". i can see four or five of these set up in the gym and girls all over the place enjoying this game. i cant wait. regards, laura weiler

We love the game and net works well... but not strong enough to stay standing with supplies given. We had to go purchase our own straps and reinforcements. The stakes pull out way too easy so we purchased big heavy duty stakes and the ball pump broke the first time we used it. So I think the price tag was pretty high for the durability of the actual product. But hopefully the net and poles last as long as all the products I upgraded it with and if it does then I guess we are good to go. Kids love the game and it was a great addition to our beach training program. We play with beach rules so there is no open had tip and we also often play that each square can have up to 3 contacts to encourage more ball control in a small area.

We ordered a basic set in January and everything was great except the ball would go flat when the kids started playing with it. I emailed the company letting them know the ball was defective. That same day I got a response from the company saying they would upgrade our ball for free! We are having tons of fun playing and our eleven year old daughter is improving her volleyball skills in the process! Our family is also growing closer as the older kids are teaching the younger ones how to play volleyball. Lots of belly laughs and great memories are expected in our yard during 2021!!!
