So I went through the reviews and this luggage seemed to be the best product. And it has been. She arrived and was pleased it held her heavy suitcase, no problem, and had a rack on the bottom for her shoes, as she mostly goes barefoot in the house. It came all assembled, in one box. I just opened the box and popped it open. I liked that it had the straps actually wrap around the frame instead of just attaching to it. It is a nice sturdy addition to the guest room. I'm thinking of purchasing another for when she visits with her husband. They fold up and store easily, and it seems like they will last a long time.
