She says she uses it to play with her cat, which is weird because our family cat has never been that interested in laser beams but maybe the cat is more playful when she's the only one in the house.    This is an amazing product. The price doesn't reflect the incredible distance and accuracy it provides! My son's astronomy instructor at camp had "a military grade laser" he used to teach the kids. When my son returned home, he wanted one just like it to show us what he'd learned. I wasn't willing to spend "military-grade" money on it and thought we were settling. Not the case - this product blew us away! Well worth it!    i used it in my dark cellar when i opened the package and i could easily see the beam and dot. the next night i went outside, it was cloudy and very foggy out and i aimed it upwards and saw the beam all through the fog into the clouds very easily. its is what it is, a $30 toy. i had no intention on mounting it to my rifle or handgun. just a side note if you purchase this.. eye protection (safety glasses) should be a priority as the green laser will definitely damage your eye(s). seriously.😎
