This is probably the 6th fountain I have purchased for my cats. While it is the loudest of them because of the waterfall feature, it is the best. One of my cats has a habit of knocking over all of the fountains I have purchased. I was worried about this one because it didn't seem to be as heavy. However, to my great surprise, she hasn't tried it with this because she just drinks from it. I think this fountain is attractive to my cats because it mimics turning on the sink faucet, which they love. I love it because it's easy to maintain and doesn't get as dirty as other fountains.

This fountain is quieter than others I have had. It is also clear, which makes it easy to know when the water level is low. I also appreciate the number of parts is few and there are no 90 degree angles that are hard to clean. Only concern is that I originally thought the clear plastic tube on the fountain motor tip is supposed to be kept - I thought it was part of the packaging and removed it and threw it away. The flow wasn't good, until I retrieved and cleaned the little tube and placed it back - then all worked great!

I bought this because I had a cat that would flip and spill every water dish I tried to use. Also to help keep water fresh and drinkable longer than using a water dish. Super easy to assemble. At first it seems like it is loud and will be distracting but it has a sensor that the faucet shuts off and only comes on when you go near it, and even then you adjust to that sound and barely notice it. It looks cool too. One cat took to it right away and was intrigued by it and played around in it for quite a bit, but that wore off and is still able to tip it. Does that about every 3rd night while are sleeping. The other cat was afraid of it at first but eventually starting using it. Overall, this is a great product but your cat will still be able to tip it if they want to.

I always appreciate a product that works as advertised. The usb cable fit a 5 volt wall wart that every one has laying around, it took about five minutes to assemble, the pump and filter work fine, the cat of course was not impressed at all, but that's just my stuck up cat. Molly is not one to show much interest in anything but Molly. Molly is the cat. But I think she will grow to like it. Anyway I like it for her.. Its quiet, easy to clean and assembly was a snap.

Definitely put this is a place where only the cats usually go, or at least put it where you wouldn't mind it turning on all the time. I currently have it in my kitchen and if anyone is in the kitchen at all it'll be on. I don't mine too much since its pretty quiet and the cats do like it. My cat Saber loves to drink from the sink and this kinda looks like his own mini sink that turns on and off as he pleases (Spoiled brat lol).

My younger one loves drinking from the faucet, so this seemed like a great alternative to letting the water run until Mr Man decides he’s over it. This was super easy to assemble and is fairly quiet for what it is. I highly recommend getting the sensor. It easily detects movement from at least 10 ft away, and in all directions, and the obvious benefit is power conservation. If you’re someone who doesn’t want to hear the noise of the fountain, I would recommend placing it a room that doesn’t have a lot of activity as the sensor is quite sensitive.

I love this water fountain, it was easy to clean, assemble, and I love the fact that I can see everything inside. My cat has definitely been drinking more water! I do clean it once a week, the filter is good and captures any gunk. I do use filtered water, someone else in the house used faucet water and there was some built up around the top, it was easy wash. I love this filter so much that I have bought 4 additional as gifts. The price is great and delivery was fast. It is not silent, but the sounds of water do not bother me. If I had to take away a star is that you need to provide a box for the outlet for the usb cable. But I used some old charger cube.
