   Product is easy to apply with an old house iron. The veneer was applied to a plywood edge and stained as follows: wiping lacquer stain, followed by a lacquer wash coat, then lightly sanded with 320 sandpaper. A gel stain was then wiped on and two coats of stain lacquer applied. The veneer did not buckle during this process. When complete it is impossible to tell the difference between the plywood veneer and the edge banding. This was the first time that an edge band veneer has been used in our trim applications. Almost 200 linear feet was applied and finished without a single problem. We will purchase this product agaiin.

   I opted to try scribing with this rather than just a pencil or compass. I used it on a couple of rough-cut doors I needed to fine-tune to fit in the door opening. Simply determine how much you want to trim, measure & set that amount on the tool and scribe away. This left a line all the way down the door edge, even though it was rough textured.
