   I had to add more "filler" to make them fit better (you can purchase separately from any number of dental suppliers). Same as the gel strip on the back of these -- use it to fill in for gaps, chips, missing teeth. No one can tell the difference and I can eat with them on. Great product.

I did remove some of the adhesive stuff and also i know it says NOT TO let them cool off on your teeth , i did to avoid the whole getting bulky . They came out better for me than letting them sit in cold water . Took a couple of tries to get right . But i love them .
