I found it worked immediately to pull my shoulders back and down which reduced the slumping my wife can't stand. I was always being corrected to not stand like a "turtle" slumping at the shoulders. Since first putting on I have been standing naturally very erect and comfortably and no correcting needed by my wife any longer. The other day while jogging my wife actually commented for the first time in a long time that my posture was very erect, without having the harness even on. I find it very comfortable and really makes me aware of the correct shoulder position, without feeling forced. I am 72 and erect posture was getting away from me, but this is getting me back to a more youthful look. I am a size 40 chest and needed no adjusting right out of the package. It also fits my wife, with a small frame and 5'2" We are ordering her one as well since she liked the one I have so much. Her posture is good but she feels it takes the strain off her back when wearing it. Very happy with product effectiveness, quality and price.

It's a little early to tell of the results, but it sure feels like it will work. I have been using it as directed 15 minutes at a time in the beginning and I definitely can feel it in my lower back area, so something is happening. I do feel that it's snug under the “arm-pit” area, but I'm 6' /195lbs. They do say that this is “normal” in the beginning and I can definitely tolerate it for 15 minutes at a time. The product itself seems very well made with quality materials and workmanship! The company seems eager to please their clientele and provides an 800 number for questions or any assistance. Finally, it has a really cool “Stars and Stripes” embroidered on the back strap. I don't think it's made in the USA(?), but it's a nice touch none the less! So far, so good! No complaints 👍🏼
