   Hi! So here is the thing, this is GREAT for napping and cuddling. If you sleep with it and another person it gets frustrating. Just cause it's shape and it will flip. But if you sleep with it alone or (have a partner who moved way less as I assume ) it's pretty good at keeping you're head up and all. For me sleeping with it alone provided less stress on my shoulders because I'm a belly sleeper. Again though the only fault is if you move a lot or if you move your arms a lot because it's kind of trapped. But again if I had to buy this again I found it comfortable. Keep in mind you're sleeping with your neck more elevated. This product is a buy again for me

   We purchased this pillow for my Mother-in-law. She has had a particularly difficult time finding a pillow that was comfortable for her. She has spinal fusion and a very uncomfortable neck due to many back surgeries. But this pillow seems to do the trick and she really enjoys it.

   I've been getting really bad sleep and having shoulder, back and neck pain daily so I've been in the search of a pillow to support me and have tried 3 (I'm a side fetal position sleeper). I receiver the item yesterday (on time) and at first thought it was great but didn't feel that comforting on the side of my head and thought it wouldn't be something I could sleep on even though it was a slight bother. I ended up falling asleep on it. I woke up today after getting a full 8 hour sleep (finally) and was in no pain at all today as I usually am. I also dreamt a ton which comforts me knowing I got enough rem sleep. I would for sure recommend to try if you have similar sleeping patterns!
