   When I first purchased this cushion for my chair at work I did not notice whether or not it worked, but after using it for a few days I can tell you that IT IS WORTH IT. I am not constantly readjusting myself to find a comfortable position while sitting, and when I stand up after sitting for an hour or two at work I do not notice any pain or discomfort at all. When I am seated without the cushion for more than a few minutes, I feel discomfort, and when I stand up I immediately feel pain from the pressure that I had been putting on the bone.
