   I'm bedfast and prone to pressure sores on the coccyx (tail bone). This marvelous little pillow works perfectly to suspend me over the cut-out in back. In addition, it supports my lower back just perfectly. I have rods in my back and the lower back must be aligned exactly right or I experience considerable pain. This remarkable, inexpensive little cushion does that trick just fine, as well!

   This is by far the most comfortable seat cushion I have EVER purchased. I was in a hit and run accident ( drunk driver ) many years ago and suffered pelvis, sacrum and tailbone injuries that have caused me much pain over the last 20 years. Sitting has been especially difficult and I thought I'd take a chance on one more cushion to see if it would possibly help. I'm even able to walk with less pain!

   These cushions are a great idea and have caught on fast. There are a lot out there but not all as good as each other. I have tried a few and given them to staff to use so have experience. These ones are good value for a good quality product. The one thing to note is that whilst they can feel firm, if they are too soft they don't give you the support you need and the reason you are buying it in the first place!

Just received it and it's too early to tell on how long it will last. Some HD foam collapses after a period of time. Some doesn't. I have a restoration business and I'm familiar with quality issues. The density on this has a quality feel to it. Time will tell.

   I had a hip op a few weeks ago and bought this for sitting at the dining table and in the car. So far the cushion has done exactly what I’d hoped it would do, which was to ease them weight off my hip. I return to work shortly so that will be the big test as I work from my car. It obviously makes you sit higher in the car so you do have to adjust the position of your car seat and mirror to allow for but exactly as I’d have expected.

   I love this seat cushion so much. I used to get the "Seat Solution" but stopped ordering those because the manufacturing process changed and the foam became super cheap and deflated quickly. I switched to the Aylio seat cushion and am absolutely thrilled. I have two cushions -- one for work (fits perfectly into my office chair) and one for home. I'll probably get a travel one, too. The foam is very high quality and I like the soft feel of the cover.
