   Based on reviews from different sources, I decided to try this cushion for lower back and possible sciatic pain. Have been using three days straight and noticeable relief. This is my first time using a cushion to help relieve back pain and so far it is helping. The cushion retains it shape and I will continue to use regularly for long periods of time when watching tv, driving or using computer. Retirement has it advantages and using helping devices to keep enjoying it is a new venture.

   This cushion has helped with my back problems. It is comfortable and well made. The only suggestion I would have is it be a bit larger in depth from the front of the cushion to the back of it. This is no fault of the cushion. It would just fit better in my desk chair, when I am using my lumbar support pillow as well. I find using the two pillows I often need to adjust the comfort seat pillow. I really like this cushion. I have chronic back problems and this cushion has been an immense help and brought much relief.

   Hi, the cushion is very helpful. I fell down the stairs last week and damaged my coccyx, I have been unable to sit down. I was worried about the 3.5 hour drive to our weekend break so purchased this cushion. This cushion allowed me to travel much more comfortably than I would have done without it. The seat is absolutely fine although if it were to be adjusted for car use it would need to be a little narrower, I can get it on the seat and use it as a passenger though I'm not sure it would be suitable for the driver.

A couple of days later she said she was feeling great and was experiencing less discomfort from the back pain. The pad is well made and has an opening at the back allowing space to keep compression off the spine. It also keeps its shape allowing for long term use. The cover is soft, durable, and washable. I especially like that the actual sitting surface of the pad has a liquid impermeable coating. This pad is a great buy and very affordable.

I tried it in my car because my back hurts after at least a 30 minute drive, but my car seat doesn't have the ability to be lowered in terms of height. I can't speak to how it helps with back pain. For me, it was my tail bone that was hurting or uncomfortable. With this pillow, no more discomfort. I tried it on my office chair, but it isn't quite right for me on that - it just didn't sit on the office chair right or something. I haven't tried it in a car, but it seems like it would help there on long trips.
