   This is the second cushion I have bought to help me sit on hard chairs while having a bulging disc in the base of my spine. This particular cushion is well worth the money. It is a deep cushion with a zip cover and is helping me to sit comfortably at work each day. The depth of the cushion is good and seems to spring back when it is left over night, my other cushion has become quite flat so I will purchasing another of these cushions in the near future. It is well worth buying if you have any issues with posture while sitting, or a chronic back problem.

I have a vehicle almost 20 years old and the cruise control went out about 6 months ago. Eventually -- from the extra effort my right leg had to make without benefit of cruise, I assume -- I started to get nerve pain in my right butt. I got him this for Christmas and he put it on his van seat; he's been raving about it ever since!! Whenever his club has a meeting, he pulls it from his van so he can sit in plushy comfort rather than their hard metal seats (which he can't tolerate for long.) It's too soon to say how durable it will be; however, it shows no sign of flattening or denting so far. I'm very happy it's got a removable cover for washing as it will get heavy use. Lately, I had a lot of lower back pain and was constantly slouching forward, it had been very irritable and uncomfortable for me to sit.    Having recently fallen rather heavily on my laminate floor hurting my coccyx I was in extreme pain. Sitting down was complete agony not to mention bending, getting out of bed and the most basic things like putting socks on, I then discovered it could take weeks to fully recover.    This has really helped with my tailbone pain! I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have a bad back. My tailbone pain was so bad that for weeks I was laying in bed each night miserable and in so much pain! I finally ordered this pillow in the middle of the night out of desperation! I have seen a significant difference since using it! I couldn't sit at the computer or in the car for very long at all. I totally can now and I take it everywhere that I can. I have also started doing stretches that I think have eased the pain as well, but I took at 10 hour road trip with this pillow and was comfortable, so I am sure the pillow has alot to do with the ease of discomfort!    I bought two of these before our long cross-country move. One was for my wife who has lower back pain and one for me. It took a bit of getting used to the cushion. Part of it is sitting on it and part of it is adjusting your driving position to accommodate the new height and other related positions created by the cushion. But, once you are accustomed to changes, it is truly a blessing. The cushion is super comfortable and it definitely kept us sitting up and in the correct position. For my wife, who has lower back pains when sitting for a long time, the cushion was most definitely a timely purchase. She felt no pain. A very happy purchase. We definitely received the value. We highly recommend it.

   My grandfather is 92 years old and has a bedsore on his lower back. He sits upright all day in a chair and when he isn't sitting he is laying down. When my grandparents got this pillow they loved it. My grandfather saw instant relief and he was able to sit with no pain. The bedsore has actually began to heal with all of the pressure off of his spine. I waited a little longer to write this review to see how the pillow would hold up and it is great. My grandfather sits on it all day and has not once said anything about it compressing and not returning to form or anything. It may be a little pricey but if you have an older loved one in your life this pillow is worth it to see the relief on their face.

   This has been a God send since (like many others) I've been working from home! I have numerous spine problems for which my employers bought me a specialist orthopaedic chair but wasn't able to bring it home with me when we were all told to work from home due to Co-vid 19. For the first couple of days I was trying to get by using a normal office chair but the pain in my back (especially in the lower back and coccyx area) was becoming unbearable. I ordered this cushion in the firm option after reading other reviews and I'm so glad I did! The relief has been pretty much instant and the cushion is incredibly comfortable. The only small drawback is it doesn't always stay in place and have re-adjust it every so often.
