   This has been a God send since (like many others) I've been working from home! I have numerous spine problems for which my employers bought me a specialist orthopaedic chair but wasn't able to bring it home with me when we were all told to work from home due to Co-vid 19. For the first couple of days I was trying to get by using a normal office chair but the pain in my back (especially in the lower back and coccyx area) was becoming unbearable. I ordered this cushion in the firm option after reading other reviews and I'm so glad I did! The relief has been pretty much instant and the cushion is incredibly comfortable. The only small drawback is it doesn't always stay in place and have re-adjust it every so often.

   This cushion is amazing. I'm retired and to be honest...spend a lot more time on my old butt. Don't worry...I go for walks like a good boy. I've tried half a dozen other cushions to find genuine pain relief but none of them compare to this! Immediately the need to constantly adjust positions on to find momentary relief was over! I was so surprised to finally find one that works! I've even taking it for a long drive I had to make a few days ago...same relief! I've only had this a little over a week now and I know we'll be together for the duration! I'm even thinking I should by some extras in case they ever stop making them...which I hope doesn't happen. Sorry about getting long. I just wanted to give praise where deserved! Great product!

   This cushion had been great for a relative having to undergo extensive rehab and temporarily wheelchair bound. She was two months in bed and had basically zero core strength. The cushion that was in her wheelchair at rehab was new and seemed well formed but it was very uncomfortable. This cushion has been fantastic for her. The cut out at the back really does take allot of pressure off of her so she is able to sit in the chair for longer periods while she is building up her core strength. I do wish they sold replacement covers and moisture proof covers. The cover has been washed many times and has held up fine. I also had to wash the cushion itself one time. It held up well but I could see a tiny bit of breakdown in the fused cushion seems from this.

I had bought that one from a local pharmacy and when our puppy ripped it apart I was glad of the excuse to buy a new one. I had a look on amazon and noticed your memory foam, ergonomic and for a very good price, cheap but not so cheap as to be concerned about flimsiness or poor quality craftsmanship. It arrived promptly, I believe within a couple of days, and I was impressed when I opened it , smooth black velvet upper , and dense memory foam in an ergonomic shape, perfect for my shape.ive used it every day since,whenever I sit. I take it on car journeys and to doctor and hospital appointments. It folds for easy packing into a carrier bag. Very handy.its helping my coccyx pain a lot

   I had a difficult time choosing a comfort seat for my car which I thought would be comfortable but not too soft. Living in a rural area, we do not have the shopping that the cities offer so I have to do a lot of shopping on line. Occasionally, on long trips, I would end up with a tired back and legs from sitting on a pillow. This is perfect. It is firm but not hard. It offers good support. I could never go back to a couch pillow again. The only 'con' I would have about it is that I cannot attach it to the seat and it slides when getting in and out of my vehicle. Then you have to arch up to get it settled under you. This works for me but I know that some people would have a difficult time trying to get in on top of it. I may have to rig up some way to keep it in place. Otherwise, I like it. I need to mention that It has a nice cover also. I hope this cushion will maintain its firmness and will last me a long time. I don't mind driving now.
