However, this tool makes it impossibly quick for me to curl my hair. I have fairly long hair--it goes halfway down my back--and this cuts down the time I take to style my thick, voluminous hair. It might take me 15-20 minutes from start to finish (hairspray etc.). I find that it makes my hair much shinier than my Hottools regular curling iron (with a clip that I don't use during the process). I love this tool, and I think it is worth it the money you pay.

It curled my hair very nicely and gave my hair bounce and body. Be careful to gradually increase the heat until you find the right setting for your hair and also use a heat protectant!!! Otherwise your hair will smell burnt! Dummy me forgot and even after I washed my hair it still smelled burnt! Other than that, this iron is amazing! Will be ordering a smaller version!
