    This plane is insanely awesome. I have tried tons of RC planes, and this one crushes them all. Most other plane have a brittle EPO foam, which is much less resilient. The flight controller and gyro is very good, but sometimes will arrive defective, so you have to contact the seller, and they replace immediately with no hassle. Battery life is good; not stellar, but good overall with between 7 minutes if flying aggressively, and up to 18 minutes if gliding high with the motor idling. Overall, super easy to fly with no experience.

    My 10 yr son has been really enjoying this plane. With the three modes, he was able to get used to flying the plane with all the gyros on before progressing to the next level where he could do some loops, etc. This is a light-weight plane, so don't plan to fly it in heavy wind. Also, find a clear area devoid of trees - or bring a long pole for when it inevitably gets lodged in the one tree to be found for miles around :) The propeller come off fairly easily (by design so the motor doesn't get damaged upon impact) so be sure to bring the spare ones, provided, with you in case you can't find it back.

    This rc plane is a lot of fun! Once the battery was charged I took it to the park to test it out. It's very simple to get it in the air and fly it around. The gyro assist is helpful if you are brand new to flying or if you are a bit rusty. I accidently put the plane into a nosedive a couple times and it hit the ground pretty hard. Surprisingly everything held together and I had it back in the air right away. This plane is very light so I do not recomend that you fly it if its windy. If you are new to rc planes or a seasoned pilot, I guarantee you will have fun with this plane.

    I was pleasantly surprised by this thing. It crashed _countless_ times and kept going strong. of Course, it helps a lot that we were on a large farm field with soft grass. I definitely wouldn't recomment flying anywhere near hard dirt or pavement, as you will be crashing often (and crashing hard). Also be sure you have a VERY large area to work with. The plane goes farther and faster than you expect.

    Yes you can spend more and get more, but if you want to test the waters this isn't a bad way to start. It has a fairly simple setup, and about 10 minute flight time but the controls were easy to understand and we were up and flying within 20 minutes. This is not for heavy winds, it is a very light plane with very small control surfaces but if you use it in low to no wind its a real fun time. In beginner mode this plane was flown by a 10 year old and 7 year old with a few crashes and came out unscathed, by the end of the battery both kid pilots were doing things like buzzing the grass and circling overhead, i'm not sure if the kids were impressive or the plane but either way tons of fun can be had by people of all alges.
