Realistically takes approx. 10 hours from start to finish. Beautifully designed and accurate laser cut pre-painted parts. Some assembly is fiddly. Some parts are very fragile so take care. Be patient throughout. Glue most parts during building. Gorilla wood glue with 10% water added is good for this. The wheels are especially fiddly but these rotate when complete. Some parts are so fragile it is best to trim right down and glue them in place rather than applying finger pressure to push them together. Tweezers and an illuminated magnifier are very helpful. Enjoy.

I really liked the quality of this puzzle and the fact that once it's built, it can be a useable clock. The information says four hours to build it. That's a little bit off. It took two people about four hours each to build it. So, eight hours start to finish. The clock portion works well. The alarm option doesn't work but that doesn't seem to be a big problem. Pretty happy with my purchase. It was a good Christmas gift
