Overall I like the product. It definitely gets your muscles working. I newly discovered that you could alleviate pain and stimulate muscle this way so I got a couple different items to check out. I wouldn't say that this will give you a six pack unless you are wearing it all day every day, which I do not recommend. Lol but I think it's a great support for regular exercise and ab workouts. I do wish that they made this in a smaller size as I am attaching it to the very last bit of Velcro to make it fit. I also noticed in the beginning of my usage that it would leave black ink on my skin , so I'm not sure if that wears off overtime, but I tried to wash it down with soapy water, which seem to help.

My trouble spot is my lower abdomen and I can tell the muscles there are developing. I move it to my middle abdomen and then to the top. I've also seen people use it on their backs too but I haven't tried it yet. My favorite part is there are no sticky probes. Well worth the money and a product that actually works!

Women's bodies with hormones and all are harder to lose and tone certain areas of the body then the male body. Wish it came with directions on what is the top of the belt because the button comes off and can be placed on either way. So I don't know if it makes a difference which way you wear it. They should also tell you how to use it. Like do you use it daily and use all 6 settings for best results or are you only suppose to use 1 setting per day, but use every day? Which yields the best results? Can using all 6 settings everyday be harmful in any way?

I can conceal it easily under my shirt and usually keep it on for about half an hour to hour. I prefer using the power level 7-8, anything higher contracts my abs WAY too hard lol, so be careful initially and don't go to crazy. You will definitely feel contractions with this belt. The velcro straps also give you a lot of room to work with. I was a little nervous since I am a pretty small person. I wasn't sure that I would be able to fit it snuggly around me. I'd recommend it as a good product overall, but think it's basically a good “bonus” thing to add if you're prioritizing healthy eating and regular workouts in general. It's not “the solution” for leaning out if you're not doing those other things.

As soon as I got it I put it on 5 and 6 because the shock wasn't bothering or hurting me, it was doing something to my muscles. I recommend Not to move the belt when is on or sticking your hands in the belt as it can shock you do to less muscles or fat
