I got this hat for Christmas and seriously it is one of the BEST Christmas presents EVER! No tugging and pulling, it stays where it is supposed to be and the hair is not getting in the way! U only have had it for a short time and hope that the elastic in the "hair hole" will stay the way it is but I truly love it and can only recommend it!

   I Knew a couple people with them already and I needed some presents for family members so i bought these, and they sure did love them! My girlfriend has been wearing hers along with my sisters. My girlfriend says it is great having the hair out because it does not push the hat off of her head as hats usually do. They look great and provide an unique (and beautiful) look with the hair coming out of the cap. Has some holes in it like all knitted hats, so that is the only downside I have been told of. They make a good stocking stuffer/small gift/etc.

PLUS - If you have a lot of hair to get through the hole expands and is very stretchy and I have to used like gigantic hairties so trust me, you can get your thick hair through these easily, I do my hair in a bun and slip it over. It's cold where I live, so these hats have been the perfect accessory for me to be out in the cold, while still having my hair up in a pony. I even sometimes leave it on while I'm teaching because it's cold in the studio and this still looks cute. I highly recommend these hats if you're someone who wears their hair up a lot. The knit is soft and seems to be of great quality. The higher the messy bun the better in my opinion. Love loved love! Minus one star for not having a lining to keep you warm in wind. I live in Minnesota and the hat does well when I'm out and about but wouldn't be warm enough to go out in the great out doors (skiing, sledding, etc). This hat is stylish but not warm enough for the super cold days.

I love that I can wear it as a regular beanie with my hair down or with my hair up. It is versatile. This beanie is beautiful and works with both black and brown coats.
