I would recommend any purchaser to first watch the video before using this product so as to not over think the simple procedure of making whatever size burger you may want. I do wish there was included a way that the various parts all stayed together when picking the unit up by the handle. I solved this problem by simply putting a rubber band around the pieces. The parts are very easy to clean. I do recommend this product.

I use the large patty size to not only make burgers, but also crabcakes and sausage patties (the sausage shrinks down quite a bit so the large size is perfect). I spray the bottom with a little Pam before molding my burgers so that they pop off pretty easily into the skillet-- if not, I "help" it a little with the tines of a fork. I love that my burgers are all the same size and perfectly shaped. Highly recommend!
