The wood was thick and strong but not too thick so we didn't have to hammer to drive the nails in. Of course it's super easy with my help for my 3 year old. Will definitely buy more for gifts.

Hung it on lower branches of a tree by connecting twine to the metal chain that came with it. Lift the roof up for adding bird seed if you need to. For what I needed this was perfect.
