   Got this vest for my boyfriend. Definitely a big hit. Fits well and distributed weight pretty evenly. It weighs about 20 lbs with all the weights in, but weights can be removed to make it lighter. Pretty snug fit, but it does expand and tighten with some built in straps. It was a big hit. Can go running with it, sit-ups, pull-ups, or whatever you want. I would definitely recommend it

   Very good to increase the intensity of the workouts, the only thing that I did not like is that if you tighten it a lot, the shape of the vest is frowned and when running you feel like it rests more on one shoulder than another, to solidify this, I selected certain upper garments that helped the fit, such as sweatshirts, jackets etc, that allow a good grip without tightening the fasteners very much

I even wore it around the house a couple hours just for “fun” and when I finally took it off I had better posture and felt so light on my feet! Plus, with the way the weight is distributed it forces you to control your breathing better while exercising. I used it to run in and to add weight to my core workout and it was great! My only dislike about it was the uncomfortable shoulder pads

   This weighted vest is far better than others I have that use plastic filled with sand or metal. Simply sliding metal bars in is way easier. It also adjusts well so it doesn't flop around like other poorly constructed vests. The downside is that it only allows for 22 lbs to be added, making it limited for stronger folks.

   It fits snug when you tighten it correctly. It has double straps to make sure it fits right. I bought the added shoulder pads for it. When I use it I do a lot of jumping and it does start to come loose and then it will rub up against you but it would be hard not to will all of the jumping. I am happy with this purchase and it made my workout more effective.

My son says it is nice to have the option of removing some weight from the vest if he is running or leaving the weight in during other activities.    I bought this because I wanted to mimick the work I put in when I played football, carrying shoulder pads, helmet, etc. I use this vest when I'm doing Peleton or eliptical, running sprints, stairs, hills, cross training, boxing. Helps me burn a few more calories per session and that's not a bad thing. Just remember to drink water during your workouts. I love the vest, it works for me
