2. Time Frame for Returns

You can return your order within 30 days from the date you placed the order. Unfortunately, after this period we will not be able to process your return.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Never Arrived

If your order never arrives, please check the tracking information first. If the issue persists, contact our customer support, and we’ll investigate the matter promptly. We’ll either send a replacement or offer a refund based on your preference.

9. Cancellation After Ordering

10. Change of Mind

Changed your mind about a purchase? No worries! You can return the item within 30 days from the date you placed the order. Please make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
