Currently, We only ship to addresses within Canada. We’re thrilled to serve our Canadian customers and ensure a smooth delivery process.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from when you complete payment. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be extended.

3. Delivery Time

Our standard shipping takes 6-10 business days. Keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Cost

  • Orders under $100 CAD: A flat shipping fee of $7.95 CAD will be applied.
  • Orders over $100 CAD: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping!

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Undelivered Packages

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other customer error, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. If we are unable to reach you or resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, the package may be returned to sender and a refund will be issued, minus any applicable shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any items are damaged or missing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Delays and Issues

While we strive to fulfill all orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • High order volume: During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended.
  • Carrier delays: We rely on third-party carriers to deliver your packages. Service disruptions or unforeseen events may affect delivery times.
  • Customs clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information: Providing inaccurate or incomplete address information will delay delivery and may result in additional charges.

In the event of a delay, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an updated estimated delivery time. We will also work proactively with the carrier to expedite your order when possible.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as those listed above. However, we are always committed to providing excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
